In an industry filled with dishonesty and deceit it’s actually refreshing to do business with real people. I witnessed business owners working their tails off right alongside the staff, not one guy with a saliva soaked cigar hanging out of his mouth and gaudy gold chains around his neck. I bought a truck from them without even test driving it based on Tera’s word only. I’m happy with it. Word is bond. My blind faith in them should speak wonders.

From the moment I’ve walked in the door , the front desk receptionist was sooooo helpful not only did she take the time to figure out what car was suitable for me she gave me extreme helpful and great tips for a first time car buyer ! I really recommend that everyone purchases a car from this dealership. They really sit down with you and take the time to explain everything well to you. They are not like other dealerships who sell you not great cars ! They make sure the cars on the lot are nothing but quality cars. It was the best decision for me to buy a car from them especially it being my first time. 2nd POST: Bought 04 Mitsubishi Endeavor (see other post) broke down after 3 months. (MY MISTAKE-) took it to Mitsubishi dealer and they had it for 6 months and 8k later it was still broke down. Took it back to KING LUIE and they got me back in ANOTHER endeavor CHEAPWR THAN THE OTHER price as the other endeavor. Will never buy another vehicle anywhere else!!!!

My wife jeanetta and I searched high and low for a vehicle. We traveled 2 days in the rental and you know uneasy you can feel driving a new car you aren't buying nor do you own . So we finally looked on Craigslist and found king louis advertising and I clicked on their site , looked at some internet inventory from their site , seen a few and decided we should jus give them a try.. we drove for an hour from home to Louisville . we seen a decent selection and before we knew it a very kind young lady came to greet my family and I, we test drove jus 2 vehicles and we found our dream vehicle. We were not pressured and when we decided to get that vehicle we met with Paul who was so generous and very friendly. They also gave us a warranty for 30 days and assured us that If we had any problems we could connect them and they would fix it. And they did just that.. I can add to what a lot of people have reviewed about having a low-pressure, friendly experience at King Louis. Definitely a breath of fresh air if you have been shopping around for a used car. My car needs a few minor things here or there, but they REALLY worked with me on the price and so I'm happy to take care of some of those things myself :) All-in-all, it was a really quick, easy, good experience!

Just For Fun
After spending a week being pressured by all kinds of car salesmen, we stopped by king Louis. Right off the bat, it was a very stress free, ZERO pressure situation. Joe was great to work with!! We found the car we wanted, and he was nice enough to hold it over the weekend until we came back Monday. And he also worked with us on the price, before i had even asked him to come down in the price!! Overall a great stress free experience, i highly recommend them!!
